Thumbs down.

Tracy Fragments did not tickle my senses. Visually, it was not appealing... maybe for 5 minutes it was. It was filmed like a music video to me, only... an hour + long music video. No joke about the aesthetic of "fragmentation" within the filming of the movie, for sure. Wish I watched it for free, I paid 1.49 for it at Safeway at the DVD Play dispensers. Boohoo.
