Cinequest presents: Movies in the park

Cinequest, San Jose will be hosting movies in the park starting today! I saw on a bulletin posted by my friend, Kathie Troung. Here's the info:

Cinequest, in association with San Jose Downtown Association, presents Cinema San Pedro. An 8 week, 8 genre event! So bring your lawn chairs and blankets while you enjoy a free event in Cinema San Pedro outside underneath the cool summer night sky...

Here are the movie listings for each week:

Event includes a special performance and a classic movie each night

July 9 - Drama - American Graffiti (50's dance)
July 18 - Cult - Harold & Maude (Magic Show)
July 23 - Sci-Fit - Terminator 2 (Hypnotist)
July 30 - Action/ Adventure - Dr.

No (Martial Arts Demo)
August 6 - Romance - Moonstruck (Salsa routine)
August 13 - Noir/ Crime - The Usual Suspects (Special speaker on Noir films)
August 20 - Horror - The Shining (Storytelling)
August 27 - Comedy - Animal House (Fraternity Steps Drill)
